A homeless and tired dog decided to lay down on freshly dumped tar cause he was looking for a warm place that he coukd stay.
Sadly, the dog didn’t realize he was imprisoned until he started barking for assistance. The dog was begging for help, and the adjacent workers could hear him barking loudly.
When they got there and saw the dog, they called Joanna Godlewska of the Niczyje Animal Foundation right away. The courageous creature managed to pry his snout free of the tar, enabling him to bark and breathe.
With the aid of neighborhood fire departments and police agencies, animal rescuers painstakingly removed the dog’s fur. The dog’s body was ultimately freed from the tar by the team!
The dog was subsequently taken to the vet to be examined and given restorative medication for fatigue. His body had almost 100 ticks removed from it!
The dog was given a soft bed and warm meal after the remaining tar on his fur and paws removed by many baths. Fortunately, the dog started feeling stronger and he was also treated for small wounds on his head.
The adorable dog, that was named Farcik,is starting to walk slowly and he will stay with his rescuers until he is completely healed. He’ll be available for adoption once he is totally recovered. We hope that he will get his full health soon and find a forever home.
