Asya lived in abject poverty her entire life and had appalling treatment. She was frequently bullied, which is why she was so apprehensive to act. The poor puppy timidly popped her head out from behind the door as Elena, the saviour, came. Asya was taken to the veterinarian after some haggling, when it was discovered that her skull was malformed, most likely as a result of a trauma to the head. To aid in the regeneration of a portion of her cortex, she would be given medication and vitamins, as well as lots of rest. The girl vowed never to go back to such existence, and now she spends her days as a cherished pet!
