Adorable Calf Rejected By His Herd Gains Loving Dog Family Instead
|After his caretakers began raising him inside the family house, a Highland Cow who was rejected by the herd grew up believing he was a dog. James the cow was most likely born with a lack of oxygen.
When Adam, 33, and Emily Hopson, 32, of Cattle Owners saw he wasn’t being accepted by the herd, they took him in as a pet because he wouldn’t have lived without their help. He is now four months old and adores his canine companions with whom he socializes and plays.
The beautiful calf can’t stop licking the dogs, who don’t seem to mind. “He is the nicest creature,” Emily says about James. He enjoys licking us and the dogs. And merely to be stroked and loved while lying next us.”
Photos and videos of the adorable calf have gone viral, and it’s no surprise because he’s the cutest hairy bovine I’ve ever seen hanging out with dogs!
Please tell your friends and family about James and his pack.
