When Sidewalk Specials first encountered Sid on Outreach in De Doorns, she was being executed by her family. They didn’t know how to deal with the cancerous growth on the dog.

But these rescuers would find her a sponsor for chemotherapy in order to give her the second chance at life that she deserved.

Although Sid was afraid, there was no other way. Twelve chemotherapy sessions were ultimately paid by the funds, which was sufficient.

Not only was the adorable girl given the news that she was cancer-free, but she also received her forever home. Today, greet her with a grin that suits her.
