Blue Heeler Jumps Into Foster Mom’s Arms After Nearly A Year Living Under A Dumpster

Cowboy is an abandoned Blue Heeler from Compton, California. He lived under a dumpster for 11 months. During that time, a Good Samaritan provided him with food and drink on a daily basis until she could get help. She came across a video from Hope For Paws one day and contacted the rescue organization. He was rescued from his horrible life on the streets not long after.

Wait until you see the pals he makes at the vet’s office – I can’t believe how happy he is. When will he meet his new foster mother? He leaps into her arms, arms wide open! Needless to say, thanks to Coastal German Shepherd Rescue, this sweet dog got a happy home immediately.
