‘Angel’ Spotted Saving A Stray Dog On Her Way Home From School

Mayane Rodrigues observed something lovely happen outside her apartment window in Brazil last week on a rainy and gloomy day. Rodrigues noticed a young girl halting on the rainy sidewalk while heading home from school from a distance on the street below. She’d put her umbrella down, taken off her backpack, and then taken off her jacket.
Rodrigues then observed a drenched stray puppy at the girl’s feet and knew it was all for her.
What happened next was as follows:
Rodrigues stood there watching as the girl carried the puppy in her arms and walked away. She was like an angel to her. “Everything happened so swiftly.” Rodrigues told The Dodo, “It was quite emotional.”

“I forwarded the video to a friend, who then shared it with a neighborhood group, and that’s how I discovered who the angel was.”

Cibely Stiegelmair is her name. She is twelve years old. And she saved a life that day.

Cibely’s mother, Rejane Stiegelmair, told The Dodo, “I was startled when she arrived with the dog since she was really sweaty and wet from the rain.” “Her clothes was stained with blood. I assumed she’d been hurt, but she said she discovered the puppy injured.”

Fortunately, the puppy wasn’t too badly hurt. It was nothing that a little love and care couldn’t heal.

Having seen the puppy there all alone, Cibley knew she had to offer it herself.

“Cibely has a wonderful heart.” “She has a soft spot for stray dogs,” Rejane explained. “She’d take them all home if she could.”

Cibely christened the puppy Pretinha, and he was warmly welcomed into the family’s house.

No one knows for sure how Pretinha ended up stranded on the pavement that day, but one thing is certain: her future has never looked brighter thanks to Cibely.

“As parents, we have always been proud of Cibely,” her mother remarked. “But now we’re even more so!” says the narrator.
