In Thailand, a disabled dog saves a baby who was buried alive in a field.

A dog in northern Thailand saved a newborn baby who had been buried alive by its teenage mother, according to reports.

His mother, who was 15, is alleged to have abandoned the infant boy in order to conceal her pregnancy from her parents.

The dog, ‘Ping Pong,’ was barking and digging in a field in a Thai village when its owner discovered a baby’s leg poking out of the dirt.

The baby was brought to a hospital, where physicians cleaned him up and deemed him healthy.

Usa Nisaikha, Ping Pong’s owner, claims the hero dog lost one of its legs after being hit by a car.

“I retained him because he’s so faithful and obedient, and he always assists me in the fields when I’m tending to my cattle.” The entire village adores him. It’s incredible.”

Child abandonment and attempted murder have been charged against the newborn’s mother.

Panuwat Puttakam, a police officer at Chum Phuang, told the Bangkok Post that she was now being cared for by her parents and a psychologist.

He said that she regrets her actions.

The girl’s parents have decided to raise the baby.
