Neglected and Chained Labrador is Freed from His Old Owners And He Is Happy

One shelter received a call about a dog from neighbors who claimed the house’s owners were drinkers who would starve and beat the animal. Furthermore, they would hardly make it home.

They rushed the dog to the veterinarian for a two-week recovery period. It became increasingly clear that if they hadn’t interfered, this dog would not have survived much longer. Thankfully, he was eventually released to go and was placed with the other pet dogs.

When the rescuers came by, they discovered that this old pet was located in a lot chained to a stake- without a collar; the chain had simply been twisted around his neck and padlocked.
