Girl Teaches Her Dog To Bowl, And Now He’s A Star At Their Local Bowling Alley
|Blake, an eight-month-old Goldendoodle, has mastered the art of bowling. That’s right, you read it accurately. Katelyn “Kt” Simpson, his owner, thought she’d show him the ropes when he was only 12 weeks old, and he ended up like it! Katelyn was a member of the Pikeville University bowling team in Kentucky, and she represented the United States at the Junior National level in 2015. Who better than Blake to instruct?
Katelyn stated, “I think his high game is like a 93.” “He gets strikes now and then, and he’s a decent spare shooter.” Blake is now a star at KT’s Lanes, the family’s bowling alley. “So, we just positioned the ball on top of the ramp and held a treat above it,” she explained. “We’re like, come on, you know, kind of helped him, showed him a couple times, just pushed the ball with his arms and he caught on and just started doing it on his own.”
I never thought I’d see anything like this, but here it is! Blake is one talented pooch, but he couldn’t have done it without the help of his creative family.
