Heartwarming Photos Show Rescue Team Saving Helpless Pets During M’sian Flash Floods
|In Malaysia, it has been pouring nonstop , resulting in flash floods in numerous locations. Emergency and rescue teams have been dispatched to these places to assist with the evacuation of those who are in danger.
Photos of the rescue missions were shared on social media, and it was amazing to see that these brave rescuers also remembered to save the poor, innocent animals trapped in the water! That’s really sweet of you! The Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) shared a photo of a rescue worker wending his way through rising waves with a worried and wet puppy in his arms.
The event occurred in Kampung Jawa, Kota Tinggi, Johor, and the rescue squad was also in charge of evacuating dogs and agricultural animals, according to the PDRM. According to China Press, another photo, also thought to have been shot in Kota Tinggi, shows a rescue worker wearing a life vest and carrying a blue food cover. A closer inspection reveals that two kittens are being taken to safety inside the cover.
Meanwhile, in Segamat, a rescue squad was dispatched to save four huge buffaloes trapped in the danger zone. The owner had apparently requested assistance from the department, claiming that his buffaloes were stranded in the region. They rushed to remove the buffaloes, which took over an hour due to the difficulty of the task due to the animals’ weight.
The emergency and rescue agency was also praised by netizens who spotted the photos for saving the animals. PDRM, on the other hand, said that this was part of their job and that they were simply doing their jobs.
Kudos to the rescue team for saving these helpless animals!
